Exercise:
1) ACKNOWLEDGE examples of linear ways in our society and how we
sometimes participate and fall into that mentality . (Linear
ways=placing yourself as being better or less than another,
thinking of only yourself , " I am better than you because such &
such, I am not as good as him/her because.., they have more money
and a good job so they deserve more respect, etc.)
2) UNDERSTAND differences between the Linear mentality vs the
Circular Ways and how it effects The 4 Circles..you, your family,
community, world, etc.
3) INTEGRATE this recovered awareness and wisdom back into your
words, your outlook on nature/life, and your sense of reality and
being. Understand that there is only one and everyone is a
reflection of you.
4) MOVEMENT and ACTION is what will make these virtues manifest
and blossom into beautiful flowers for all to enjoy.
Warriors, go out and recreate your world with balance and
impeccability!
Your indigenous right? But is your movement circular? The symbols
are more than mere images, they are teachers of tried and true Eagle
& Condor science and ways of living.
